Ordering Process
Placing an Order/Getting a Quote: To order a print, start by uploading your model to our web app. Select the quantity, material options, and any additional services. Provide delivery address information during this process. The ordering process is conducted in English. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue or saved.
Unacceptable Orders and Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to the unfeasibility of the model or delivery destination. In such cases, we will contact you via email.
Prices: Prices are based on the selected turnaround time and are subject to change without prior notice. We are not bound by our offer in case of pricing errors.
Payment and Price: Full payment is required prior to printing. Lead times begin upon payment completion. Priority orders must be paid before 3 pm on weekdays. Payments are typically made through our website portal or via emailed invoice.
Acceptance of Order: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review the details and contact us immediately if there are any errors.
Amendments to Order: Changes to files or processes after acceptance and payment are subject to additional charges. Additional or removal of post-processing services is allowed.
Lead Times: Lead times are estimates based on business days and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors. Partial refunds may apply under certain conditions.
Shipping: Orders are delivered to the provided shipping address or available for pick-up. We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses or shipper delays. Returned packages may incur additional charges.
Cancellation and Returns: Orders cannot be canceled once in production. Non-refundable items within an order are subject to our cancellation policy.
Minimum Guaranteed Thickness: Parts are guaranteed with a minimum wall thickness of 1 mm. Thinner parts maybe possible and are printed at your own risk.
Post Processing: Additional processing services may extend lead times.
Use of 3rd Party Companies: We may use third-party companies for certain aspects of an order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by these third parties.
Refund of Production Run Sample: Refunds for samples are available under specific conditions.
Delays to Order: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen factors and do not offer refunds or compensation for missed deadlines.
Part Accuracy: We do not guarantee part accuracy due to potential shrinkage and other factors. Reprints for parts outside of stated tolerances are at our discretion.
Order Refunding or Reprinting: Conditions for refunding or reprinting orders are specified.
Issues with Order/Complaints: Complaints must be made within 30 days of order receipt. We advise checking all parts upon arrival.
Warranty and Fit for Purpose
Warranty: We offer no warranty on parts and are not responsible for the design.
Fit for Purpose: Parts are manufactured to a suitable standard for prototyping. We recommend certification for other uses.
