Online 3D Printing Services
With Free Shipping
What We Offer
As additive manufacturing becomes more accessible, we provide industrial solutions for many 3D processes, from rapid prototyping to on-demand manufacturing.
Moving into production is as easy as 1, 10, 100, 1000 or 10000 with built in quantity discount pricing. No tooling is required for additive manufacturing. We offer various finish and dye options for your parts.
Panashape provides competitive online 3D printing services for easy prototyping or low volume manufacturing. We are known for our economical workflow with exceptional quality.
Who We Are
We use internal and external additive manufacturing resources to provide the best quality at the most economical price.
While some online services outsource all of their work, we find the best way to meet the personal needs of the customer is to do both. We have our own 3D printing machines and outsource to verified partners when needed. This allows us to meet most time schedules.
Your satisfaction is our focus. We are looking forward to forming successful relationships with clients around the world.
Core technologies
SLS
The benefits of SLS or Selective Laser Sintering are amazing. This powder bed fusion technology requires no support structures allowing freedom of design with part properties comparable to injection molding. However, the technology is not for the faint at heart. This complex array of thermal and laser energy with variations in powder requires constant monitoring and validation of the process.
MJF
MJF or Mult-Jet Fusion is another powder bed fusion technology similar to SLS. This process does not use lasers but heat absorbing ink to fuse the powder together. The finished parts have a grey appearance but can be dyed black which limits color options. This process provides better resolution then SLS but is a little more expensive. Parts are are more brittle with less elongation but have better isotropic mechanical properties.
SLA
SLA or Stereolithography is a photocurable resin process. This technology produces the highest quality prints with amazing accuracy and detail. A wide range of thermoset resins are available to meet many demanding applications although materials are typically more brittle. Whether you need functional prototypes or crystal clear test pieces, SLA is a great choice. Most RTV master patterns are produced with SLA.

Lead times
SLS
Priority: 2 Days
Lead time begins at 2 working days. Currently offered for PA12 Nylon only.
We allow up to 4 days or longer for larger orders and in case of any problems that we may have during the build process.
Priority is exactly the same as Standard where you join the front of the line and not the back.
Cost @ approximately 40% premium plus setup charge
Standard: 5 Days
Lead time begins at 5 working days for all SLS materials.
The build process and part quality is exactly the same as priority where you join the back of the line rather than the front.
We build everything as quickly as we can, so it is likely your order will ship before the estimated lead time although no lead time is guaranteed.
Cost @ standard pricing plus setup charge
MJF & SLA
Standard: 6 Days
Since we currently outsource MJF and SLA orders to approved partners, standard lead time begins at six working days.
Orders are shipped as soon we receive and inspect the parts.
Finishes
Additional: 1 to 4 Days
For Standard finish there is no additional lead time.
For Dye and Clear Varnish services, additional lead time will begin at one additional day.
Up to four days may be added for additional Color Dyes or Tint, Shot Peened and Vapor Smoothing finish options.
